Louise Jefferson is a character from the television sitcoms All in the Family and its spin-off The Jeffersons, where she served as the main protagonist of the series (along with her husband George). She is portrayed by the late Isabel Sanford.

Louise appears in two episodes, with the first being Will Is From Mars. George appears along with Louise at the meeting for marital couples dealing with issues. Initially, she gets along well with Lisa until she makes a comment that Lisa takes as an insult towards Will. The fight with George and Louise ultimately helps to bring Will and Lisa closer together.
Louise later appears in the second half of the series finale I, Done (Part 2), where she and George discuss buying the Banks' former house.
