Who's the Boss is the fifteenth episode of The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air's fourth season which was first broadcast on January 10, 1994.
Summary[]
When Carlton becomes the new manager of the campus restaurant, Will refuses to work as his employee. He attempts to do so, and when it doesn't work out, he gets a job at a sports bar a few blocks away, While at the same Carlton begin to lose business and asked Jazz to bring some people he knows, only to see that they are weirdos and was told by his professor that he doesn't fix this, he taking him out of the campus restaurants. Carlton manages to convince Will to come back to the campus restaurant as each brings a strength to the table (Will's people skills and Carlton's business skills) that can help the restaurant thrive.
Meanwhile Hilary is being made fun of due to not knowing how to do the weather.
